Long Home Products, a leader in the Home Improvement industry for over 70 years is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Roofing team in our New England location based in Taunton, MA!

As the Roofing Sales Manager, you would be responsible for creating a high performing selling culture and will achieve
this through hiring, developing, training, and managing a team of Product Specialists to reach revenue goals.
The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the team delivers world class service and that the company
maintains an excellent reputation by resolving any customer issues.

Responsibilities:
Directs, manages, and drives performance of a team from 3 - 15 Product Specialists to achieve sales and productivity targets. Takes calls from his/her team nightly.
Provides leadership and coaching to develop the team; encourages the drive and spirit to achieve maximum potential in themselves through one-on-one meetings and ride-along. Accompany PS into the field at least 2 leads per week to ensure PS are following company guidelines and observe presentation technique. (Manager does not take commission on ride-along).
Document every lead observed with a ride-along report.
Plans weekly meetings with team to ensure team is motivated, following company procedures and hitting company metrics.
Attends and participates in meetings and completes required training requested from management or human resources.
Tracks, understands, and analyzes sales metrics and pending business to drive performance and customer satisfaction
Reviews pending jobs and holds weekly and assists in getting jobs processed. Ensure PSs are submitting completed paperwork/files in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
3 years of Home Improvement sales experience
3 years of managing a team
Ability to develop, manage, and direct people as they work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire others towards a common goal
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate excellent time management skills
